IIC Therapist LPC & LCSW - Supervision Offered

IIC Therapist LPC & LCSW (Spanish Speaking) Location: Union County, NJ | Linden, Elizabeth, Plainfield Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Contract We are currently seeking licensed LMFT, LCSW, LPC or Psy.D/Ph.D. (bilingual‑Spanish speaking highly preferred but not required) to provide therapeutic services to children and adults. Responsibilities and Duties Provide in‑home / community counseling (IIC) to children and adolescents with emotional and/or behavioral needs. Deliver services based on individualized treatment plans to stabilize and prevent escalation to higher level of care. Implement behavioral interventions and behavioral management. Ensure complete and timely documentation of all activities. Use short‑term evidence‑based practices/interventions appropriate to children/adolescents. Participate in child‑family team meetings as needed. Schedule and attend monthly supervision to discuss current and upcoming family visits. Respond to texts or emails in a timely manner. Collaborate weekly with case managers regarding the family's or youth's progress. Qualifications and Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Master’s Degree or higher required. Licensed: LMFT, LCSW, LPC or Psy.D/Ph.D. (bilingual‑Spanish speaking a plus). Driver’s license and reliable transportation. Willingness to travel. Dependable, creative, and passionate about helping others. Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem‑solving skills. Bilingual language skills (e.g., Spanish, Creole, Sign Language) are a plus. Must consent to a criminal background check.
