Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse - LTC for our client in Vestal, NY 13850 . This is a 16-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!

Position Title: Licensed Practical Nurse - LTC
Location: Vestal, NY 13850
Duration: 16 weeks (Possible Extension)
Work Schedule: Evening (5x8 Hours) 14:45- 23:15
Pay rate: 33-42$/hr

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Provide direct nursing care and monitor patient vitals
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, mobility, dressing)
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Educate patients and families on care plans
• Collaborate with RNs and physicians
• Adhere to safety and infection control standards

To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience]

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program
• Atleast 1 year of LPN experience required
• Current and valid LPN license in NY
• BLS/CPR and First Aid certified
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
