Staff AccountantLocation: Woodinville, WA (Hybrid) Salary: $62,000 – $72,800 DOEOur client is seeking a highly skilled Staff Accountant to join their team in a hybrid capacity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the close process, working through reconciliations, and contributing to accurate, timely financial reporting in a collaborative environment.If you’re detail-driven, comfortable working independently, and enjoy digging into the numbers, this is a great opportunity to step into a visible role with room to grow.What You’ll DoPrepare and post journal entries to the general ledger with thorough documentationPerform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely mannerSupport the month-end close, including account analysis and necessary adjustmentsAssist with accounts receivable activities such as invoicing, cash application, and follow-up on outstanding balancesWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldExperience supporting or leading close processes in an accounting roleSage Intacct experience strongly preferredStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsThis is an excellent opportunity for a Staff Accountant who enjoys hands-on accounting, takes ownership of their work, and wants to be part of a flexible, team-oriented environment.Timing is everything.
