Salesforce Administration Support

The functions of this position serve to provide administration support for NEA360, which is an implementation of salesforce sales cloud, experience cloud and partner cloud. Regular duties will require participating in an Agile development team to scope and execute assignments in a given product area related to ongoing NEA360 projects. Primary duties will also include administration of accounts, as well as configurations in lightning and classic versions of salesforce.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily support and maintenance of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment, and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements
• Communicate with project managers and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment
• Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully
• Interact directly with clients, managers and end users as necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications and interactions with internal Salesforce instances
• Provide system administration support of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects and workflow
• Collaborate with various internal departments, including marketing, product development and operations, to ensure Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance
• Maintain up to date knowledge on the features and functions of the assigned product area to ensure understanding of limitations and opportunities
• Maintain understanding of market trends and new developments in assigned areas
• Provide necessary training and presentation of tools, features and functions to internal and external audiences
• Development in lightning web components is a plus, but not required

Certifications: Any Salesforce Certifications is a Plus, preferably Salesforce Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Sales Cloud or Field Service Lightning Consultant.
