Job Description Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a civilian Licensed Practical Nurse - Clinical at Mountain Home Air Force Base in Mountain Home, Idaho . This contract position offers: Position Highlights Employee status and access to a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, and Vision, 401(K), PTO and Sick time Schedule – 40 hours weekly Fully insured patient population Opportunity to care for active duty, retirees, and their families Education and Experience Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or alien authorized to work in the U.S. Shall have and maintain a current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in any of the 50 states, D.C., the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. Shall hold and maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross guidelines, and provide proof of documented training from the National Foundation for Integrative Medicine (NFIM) or a similar accredited body. Graduate from an accredited community college, junior college, college, or vocational nursing program approved by the appropriate state agency; accreditation by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE). Two years of experience performing care and treatment of patients; operating and maintaining therapeutic equipment; properly administering oral and parenteral medications; conducting paraprofessional portions of physical examinations; or assisting in medical treatment of patients in accordance with established procedures and protocols, within the LVN scope of practice.
