Are you passionate about helping buyers find the right home and ready to grow your real estate career? EmpowerHome Team is looking for a knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and client-focused Real Estate Buyer’s Agent to join our growing team.
As a Buyer’s Agent, you’ll be the trusted point of contact throughout the home-buying process , from the initial consultation and property search to negotiations and closing. You’ll build lasting client relationships while helping buyers achieve their real estate goals.

Compensation:$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities: What You’ll DoAs a Real Estate Buyer’s Agent , you’ll work with pre-qualified homebuyers, build strong relationships, and guide clients from their first consultation through a successful closing.
Work directly with pre-qualified homebuyers from consultation through closing
Guide clients through home searches, financing options, and purchase decisions
Manage communication and follow-up using CRM systems and proven sales processes
Convert buyer appointments into closed transactions through strong relationship-building and negotiation
Deliver an exceptional client experience that generates referrals and repeat business
Host and participate in open houses to engage prospective buyers
Manage your sales pipeline, schedule, and daily appointments efficiently
Participate in weekly sales training, coaching, and team development
We’re seeking a motivated Georgia Real Estate Buyer’s Agent who is ready to grow their production, build strong client relationships, and succeed in a high-performance sales environment.
Active Georgia Real Estate License is required
Full-time commitment to a real estate sales career
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confident using CRM systems and real estate technology
Highly organized with strong follow-up and time-management skills
