• PREPARE TEXTILES FOR CUTTING USING PATTERNS AND MARKERS TO SHOW CUTTING LINE.
• PLACE MULTIPLE LAYERS OF TEXTILE ON THE CUTTING TABLE AND MARK USING SPECIFIC PATTERN. USE ASSIGNED CUTTING TOOLS TO CUT ALL REQUIRED PIECES FOR EACH CHAIR.
• READ AND UNDERSTAND DIRECTIONS ON CUTTING DIRECTION RELATIVE TO TEXTILE ROLLS
• RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCURATELY AND PRECISELY CUTTING VARIOUS TYPES OF TEXTILES USING POWERED CUTTING EQUIPMENT.
• READ AND UNDERSTAND PRODUCTIONS SCHEDULES AND INSTRUCTIONS
• ACCURATELY LABEL ALL COMPLETED WORK AND MOVE TO DESIGNATED STAGING AREAS
• PERFORM MINOR MAINTENANCE ON CUTTING EQUIPMENT.
• PUSH, PULL, LIFT AND/OR CARRY A MINIMUM OF 40 POUNDS.
• OTHER DUTIES AS REQUIRED.
