Regulatory Operations Coordinator (Personal Care)

Support fragrance testing and regulatory operations by coordinating product testing, managing documentation, and working closely with internal teams and external testing facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain exposure to Product Development and the fragrance industry. Key Responsibilities Coordinate consumer and product safety testing activities. Manage sample preparation and shipments to external testing labs. Review, upload, and maintain testing and regulatory documentation. Track and support 80+ active projects simultaneously. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external testing partners. Maintain documentation in Veeva Regulatory and SharePoint (training provided). Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; science or engineering preferred. A few years of professional experience in a coordination, operations, scientific, or related role. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
