Treasury Manager @ Technology Company

Job Description

An innovative technology company with offices in New York City is looking to bring on a Treasury Manager to direct treasury functions and manage daily cash operations. The Treasury Manager will be essential to safeguarding liquidity, upholding rigorous financial controls, and developing scalable treasury processes that accommodate continued growth, acquisitions, and increasing operational complexity.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash flows, liquidity tracking, and banking activity to confirm that funds are deployed effectively and securely
\n
• Evaluate and approve outgoing payments, including wires, ACH transfers, and other disbursements, in compliance with internal controls and approval protocols
\n
• Supervise cash reconciliations, confirming that variances are promptly identified, researched, and resolved
\n
• Prepare and evaluate cash reports, dashboards, and operating metrics to give leadership clear insight for decision-making
\n
• Set team goals, assign priorities, and confirm that deadlines and service standards are reliably achieved
\n
• Oversee banking relationships and account administration, including opening and closing accounts and maintaining authorized signatories
\n
• Act as the principal treasury point of contact for internal partners, including property accounting, operations, and asset management teams
\n

Qualifications & Experience

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
\n
• Minimum of ten years of experience in treasury, cash management, or financial operations, ideally within real estate or asset management
\n
• Thorough knowledge of treasury controls, payment workflows, and multi-entity cash structures
\n
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, with the capacity to analyze and interpret high volumes of cash data
