We're hiring a part-time, temporary Customer Service Representative to process orders and take care of the brands we make products for.Schedule: Mondays and Tuesdays 7:30am-4:00pmOn-Site at our Colorado Springs locationWhat You'll Do:Enter customer orders received by fax, EDI, email, and phone accurately in our ERP systemAnswer customer questions on order status, inventory, and deliveriesInvestigate and resolve order, shipping, and billing issues, including credits and exchangesMake outbound calls to key accounts and promote new or improved productsReview open-order and back-order reports and keep customers and internal teams informedWhat You Bring:2+ years of applicable customer service, call center, sales desk, inside sales, or order entry experience, including outbound callsFast, accurate data entry, including 10-keyIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)Comfort calculating discounts, percentages, and pricingA calm, courteous approach with upset customersERP or EDI experience preferred; B2B manufacturing or distribution experience preferredEducation / Certifications:High school diploma or GED requiredWhy Work at NGW:If you take pride in getting every order right and enhancing the experience of each customer who calls, you are a perfect fit for this role.
