Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing all aspects of provisioning and access control management for all individuals, including employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors—accessing client facilities. Ensures proper authorization and secure entry into buildings. Weekly pay for hourly employees (may vary specific to state regulations) Full time starts at 30 hours per week! Job Duties: Access Control including inspection of identifications, vehicle decals, escort employees and screen visitors, couriers, and contractors before entry. Patrol premises, respond to security-related inquiries, and document concerns from tenants, employees, and the public. Prepare clear and concise reports on security incidents and daily activities. Report security incidents and document criminal or suspicious activities, notifying management of incidents and emergencies. Respond to building emergency alarms, including fire, elevator entrapments, and intercom alerts. Manage and communicate via radios and other security-related equipment. Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards. Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy. Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience and capabilities expected for this position. Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements. Physical requirements: Must be able to frequently lift greater than 70 lbs and constantly lift up to 70 lbs; constantly push, pull up to 70 lbs; and constantly walk, stand for long periods, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, and bend. Working conditions: Must be able to work in rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends and holidays, overtime. Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements.
