How you'll contribute You'll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator. You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage your skills and our cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing. Responsibilities Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs. Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions. Provide care appropriate to condition and age of the patient. Perform timely and appropriate documentation related to medical necessity in the medical record. Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient. Perform timely and accurate QI assessments. Exercise strong interpersonal and communication skills. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Maintain attention to detail in clinical documentation. What we’re looking for This role requires critical thinking, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Current state RN license and a bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school. Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire. ACLS and PALS certification within six months of hire. One year of Med Surg or Rehab experience preferred. ASLS certification preferred.
