Radiology Associates Imaging is a multi‑site imaging organization serving patients across the greater Daytona Beach area. Behind every scan is a team of people, and behind that team is HR. That's where you come in. What you’ll actually do Partner with our HR Generalist on full‑cycle recruitment across all our imaging center locations Source candidates through job boards, networks, referrals, and community partnerships Build and maintain a talent pipeline for high‑volume and hard‑to‑fill roles Represent us at job fairs, school partnerships, and community recruiting events Be a go‑to resource for employee questions on medical, dental, vision, life, FSA/HSA, and retirement benefits Help monitor enrollments in our HRIS and carrier portals, from new hires to open enrollment to life events Create and distribute benefits communications employees actually read Support the planning and execution of annual open enrollment Plus: Own the onboarding system and coordinate first‑day logistics so new hires start strong What you bring 2+ years of HR experience with hands‑on recruiting and/or benefits work (healthcare or multi‑site experience is a big plus) Working knowledge of benefits regulations like ACA, ERISA, COBRA, and HIPAA Comfort with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms (UKG, ADP, or similar) Serious organizational skills. You can juggle open requisitions and benefits deadlines without dropping either Discretion and sound judgment. You’ll handle sensitive information daily High school diploma or GED required; degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred Ability to travel locally between our imaging center locations Why you’ll like it here Variety, not monotony. Associate or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 2 years of HR experience with demonstrated involvement in recruiting and/or benefits administration, preferably within a healthcare or multi‑site organization. The HR Associate provides essential human resources support across all imaging center locations, with a primary focus on recruitment and benefits administration. This role serves as a key team member in building the organization’s workforce while ensuring employees have access to accurate, timely benefits information and support.
