Maintenance Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor Location: North Carolina (Northcentral) Shift: 3rd Pay Range: $80,000 - $90,000 What's the Job? Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities during the 3rd shift to ensure operational efficiency and safety standards are met. Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues promptly to reduce production disruptions. Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. What's Needed? Proven experience in maintenance supervision within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate a team. Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance documentation.
