Our associates are expert quality assurance professionals with broad experience and local knowledge who can represent our clients on-demand and on-site faster than our competitors.We are looking for a talented Technical Recruiter to join our team and participate in the hiring process supporting finding exceptional talent and coordinating the transition from candidates to SQA Associates! You will be responsible for sourcing high quality candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling, conducting interviews and managing the internal documentation throughout the process.We are based in Los Angeles (Palos Verdes) however we are open to hiring the right fit regardless of location!Key ResponsibilitiesConsult with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectivesWrite and post job descriptions on career websites, job boards, social mediaUtilize our internal associate databases and support documentation on associate recordsSource candidates by using external job boards and social mediaEvaluate and screen resumes and cover lettersUse recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates' skillsConduct phone, video, and/or in-person interviewsHelp the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questionsMaintain a complete record of interviews and new hiresStay up to date with current recruiting methods and internal processesAttend job fairs and careers eventsRequired Qualifications:Proven work experience in an administrative settingExcellent communication and documentation skillsAbility to prioritize and complete projects within deadlineDesire to learn to conduct different types of interviews (e.g. structured, competency based and behavioral)Eagerness to learn about the quality-professional positions we seek and apply found knowledge to improve the quality of candidatesAbility to work independently as the main recruiting resource for your assigned rolesPreferred Qualifications:Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems, a plus but not requiredPrior experience hiring quality or aerospace professionalsFamiliarity with social media, especially LinkedInPrevious experience in a recruiting role$25 - $27 an hourSQA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
