Staff Assistant
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Monitors and tracks administrative actions and reports for completeness and responsiveness to ensure commitments and milestones are met and any delinquencies are brought to the attention of the supervisor.
- Prepares written responses to inquiries and develops standard operating procedures, memoranda, analytical reports and other correspondence.
- Reviews all management directives received for the Chief's concurrence to ensure compliance with the Personnel Security Section policies and procedures. Monitors, evaluates, and ensures the effectiveness of the Section.
- Maintains the staffing roster and performs human resource administrative functions for the Personnel Security Section.
