As part of LM’s overall strategic 1LMX initiative, this position will play a significant role in evolving our capabilities and reshaping our operations.Plan to Perform Value Stream Product Teams Include:1) Sales and Revenue Planning (LRP) and Contract Status Reports (CSR)2) Forward Pricing, Indirect Budgets and Incurred Cost Claim3) Establish Program / Project Structure4) Program Performance Management (PPM)5) Manufacturing EV (MEV)The VSBAR role includes but is not limited to the following:Leads the Plan to Perform value stream for Aero through Build/ImplementationProcess knowledge with an ability to gain an understanding of requirements, pain points, integration points, etc. of BA business processesAbility to foster cross-functional collaboration across Enterprise Performance, F&BO and IT to meet both tactical and strategic objectivesEngages with other value stream leads, subject matter experts and 1LMX program management to report status and escalate risks/issues in a way that promotes quick resolutionEmpowered to make timely lower-level decisionsDriving all Functional Specifications to finalizationTesting (Functional Unit Test, String Test, Integration Test, test script writing, organization/ coordination, status tracking and defect resolution)Defining Business Process and Business RolesDefining and creating End User TrainingExecuting 1LMX Planning and Status TasksOther duties will be assigned as required to support the organization.
