Assistant Controller

Vaco is recruiting an Assistant Controller for a venture capital client in Dallas, TX, in-office 1–2 days a week. The role is the second accounting hire, reporting to the CFO, and focused on building a scalable finance function with exposure to leadership. The ideal candidate has a CPA, 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, and strong fund-structure expertise, with venture capital or alternative asset background preferred.
