At our Smyrna Powder Springs team, we're committed to excellence, teamwork, and reliable partnerships, while taking pride in doing things the right way: with clean job sites, clear communication, and top-tier craftsmanship.We're seeking experienced Cabinet Refacing & Installation Subcontractors to partner with our team on kitchen remodeling projects throughout the West Atlanta metro area. Ideal partners will have experience in cabinet refacing, cabinet installation, trim carpentry, and related remodeling work, and a proven ability to work independently with attention to detail and customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesPerform cabinet refacing including veneering cabinet boxes and installing new doors and drawer frontsInstall base and wall cabinets, crown molding, toe kicks, trim, hardware, and cabinet accessoriesMaintain a clean, organized, and protected worksiteCommunicate with our project manager for daily updates or change ordersWork efficiently while upholding high standards of quality and professionalismQualifications3+ years of experience in cabinet installation and/or cabinet refacingSkilled in trim carpentry and related finish workStrong attention to detail and ability to follow plans or diagramsExcellent communication and time management skillsMust take personal pride in a job well done the first timeReliable transportation and own set of toolsPreferred but not required:Cabinet painting experienceWood refinishing experienceTile backsplash installation experienceDrywall installation experienceLVP and other flooring installation experienceWork Location:Project locations throughout the West Atlanta Metro Area – including Powder Springs, Smyrna, Mableton, Hiram, and surrounding areas.Schedule:Flexible / Project-Based – Set your own hours per project timelinesPay:Project-Based Compensation: $300–$450/day depending on experience and scopeWhy Partner With Us:Consistent high-quality project pipelineSupport from a detail-oriented and organized office teamRespectful, professional working relationshipsOpportunity to earn great compensation while doing work you're proud ofCompensation: $300.00 - $450.00 per day
