Marketing Manager

In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive content strategies, oversee the creation of impactful videos, product content, and marketing campaigns, and lead the production of training materials-including scripts, editing, and quality control. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across HR, Finance, Product Management, and Operations, ensuring industry-standard accuracy and safety compliance while delivering high-impact storytelling. As a key leader, you will mentor junior team members and work directly with executive leadership, including the Senior Director of Marketing.

Ideal candidates possess 5+ years of experience in product, content, or B2B marketing, with a strong background in technical or industrial environments. Proven expertise in managing creative teams, supporting digital discovery/SEO campaigns, and working within high-growth or private equity-backed organizations will set you apart. Hands-on leadership, exceptional communication skills, and a process-oriented approach are essential to thrive in this role.

• Onsite in Brooklyn with the option to WFH one day
• ~$80K-$95K plus an 8% bonus eligibility

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 5-8+ years of relevant experience in product marketing, content development, or B2B marketing, especially in manufacturing or industrial sectors
• Prior experience supporting distributor-based or channel-driven sales models
• Strong content strategy, storytelling, and creative management skills
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a strong plus
