Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active state license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Must have an active FL license.
• Recent SNF/LTC experience.
