Senior IT Support Professional

Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Senior IT Support professional to serve as a Tier II/III escalation point for the internal support team. This role combines advanced desktop support, endpoint management, and light systems administration in a fully onsite environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the escalation point for Tier II/III technical issues.
\n
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, endpoint, application, hardware, and connectivity issues.
\n
• Administer Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 .
\n
• Package, test, deploy, and maintain applications and managed devices.
\n
• Use PowerShell for automation and endpoint management.
\n
• Configure, image, deploy, and support Windows 10/11 devices.
\n
• Support user accounts, permissions, mobile devices, onboarding/offboarding, VPN, wireless, and basic networking.
\n
• Provide technical support to employees and executive users.
\n
• Manage escalated issues through resolution while maintaining accurate documentation.
\n
• Mentor support team members and recommend process and technology improvements.
\n

Required Qualifications

\n
• 5+ years of progressive IT support, desktop support, or endpoint management experience.
\n
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune .
\n
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure AD, Windows 10/11, and Autopilot .
\n
• Experience with application packaging and software deployment.
\n
• Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation.
\n
• Strong Tier II/III troubleshooting skills.
\n
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and wireless.
\n
• Strong communication, documentation, and customer-service skills.
\n
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical issues.
\n
• Ability to work fully onsite in Palm Beach Gardens, FL .
\n

• Executive or high-priority user support experience.

• Experience serving as a technical escalation point.

• Exposure to systems administration or infrastructure support.
\n
• Experience improving IT support processes, documentation, or automation.
