What You'll Do
• Train and educate patients on the use of the Tablo Hemodialysis System for home care
• Guide patients through treatment setup, operation, and troubleshooting for safe at-home dialysis
• Monitor patient competency and ensure safety during training and treatment
• Provide ongoing support and education to reinforce proper treatment procedures
• Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure continuity of patient care
• Document training progress and patient outcomes accurately
• Manage a patient load of 2 to 3 trainings per day
What You Need
Required:
• Active RN license in Texas
• Recent dialysis experience
• Experience with the Tablo Hemodialysis System
• Strong patient education and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage schedules
Preferred:
• Home health or chronic care experience
