Treatment Care Coordinator

Bright Now! Dental supported by Smile Brands is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Treatment Care Coordinator to join our team in Aurora! Schedule (days/hours): Monday-Friday 8am-5pm-Must have dental exp

Responsibilities:

• Present and explain treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
• Review insurance benefits, financing options, and payment arrangements
• Support case acceptance through strong communication and patient education
• Coordinate scheduling to maximize provider efficiency and patient flow
• Maintain follow-up systems for pending treatment and patient communication
• Create a welcoming and positive patient experience from consultation through treatment
• Work collaboratively with doctors, clinical staff, and front office teams

Qualifications:

• Must have 1-3 years of TC dental experience
• Knowledge of dental terminology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

Compensation: $20-$25/hr
