Treasury Sales Associate I - Global Payment Solutions - Commercial Real Estate

Job Overview Role: Treasury Sales Support Specialist – Commercial Real Estate Team Responsibilities Support end‑to‑end treasury sales process for Treasury Sales Officers focused on domestic and international revenue growth. Coordinate industry, prospect, and client research to support pre‑call planning. Maintain accuracy and integrity of sales data across core systems (deal pipeline, client plans, call reports, pricing, and rates). Produce and support client and portfolio level analysis—profitability, revenue performance, product usage, balance trends, and variance analysis. Partner with AML and onboarding teams to facilitate client readiness and KYC onboarding for new legal entities. Assist with Client Management Process (CMP) including client planning, calling efforts, meeting preparation, delivery, and follow‑up. Develop pricing strategies and cost‑benefit models in partnership with Treasury Sales Officers. Develop strategies to grow revenue and deepen existing relationships with product specialists and support partners. Support clients through implementation, onboarding, and training activities. Manage sales data, call reporting, and profitability reporting. Participate in in‑person calling activities and ad‑hoc direct sales opportunities with Treasury Sales Officers. Escalate service issues to appropriate resources and prepare analysis and presentation materials for client meetings. Complete card agreements and gather documentation from various bank areas for implementation. Required Qualifications Minimum of one year of treasury management or corporate banking experience, or successful completion of a training program. Ability to travel up to 5%. Strong business and financial acumen for problem solving, trend analysis, risk management, and client meeting preparation. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with strong client relationship building. Proactive mindset with effective time management and results‑driven orientation. Strong computer application skills, including Microsoft Office. Desired Skills Two or more years of B2B sales and/or client service experience in a financial services environment. Understanding of working capital flows of real estate private equity, operating companies, REITs, and property managers. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Certified Treasury Professional certification or equivalent. Experience in prospecting and developing new business. Knowledge of U.S. or international cash‑management products, Global Payments, Treasury Management, or Corporate Banking. Two to five years of relevant banking experience across sales, operations, compliance, or product management. Ability to identify, develop, and support new business opportunities through proactive client engagement and solution alignment. Work Schedule Shift: 1st shift (United States) Hours per week: 40 Compensation Annualized salary: $95,000 – $109,200, based on experience, education, and skill set.
