MercyOne Genesis has an excellent full-time employment opportunity for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Rheumatologist to join a well-established practice located in Silvis, IL.

Full-time physician employed position at our MercyOne Genesis Medical Group, Silvis, IL location.
Competitive compensation with two-year guarantee of $330k, then transition to wRVU Model
$120k recruitment incentive
Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness
Relocation allowance up to $15,000
Generous paid time off consisting of 4 weeks of vacation time, 1 week CME, & 6 paid holidays

Qualifications
MD or DO
BE/BC in Rheumatology
Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in Illinois
Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physicians field of practice
Eligible to work in the United State (J1 and H1b applicants welcome)

Where youll work
The MercyOne Genesis Silvis Rheumatology is located on the MercyOne Genesis Silvis Medical Center campus. The team is looking for a physician to join Dr. Kumar and experienced clinical and non-clinical staff. The MercyOne Genesis Silvis Campus offers on-campus radiology, lab and pharmacy services to assist with the care of your patients. Infusion Center reopening in January of 2026. Call coverage will be split 1:3 consisting of calls only.
