Position Summary We are searching for a motivated and organized Entry-Level Personal Assistant to provide day-to-day support to management and operations teams in Cincinnati. Key Responsibilities * Assist managers with daily scheduling and operational coordination. * Help organize documents, schedules, and routine business information. * Support communication between management and on-site team members. * Assist with coordinating staff assignments and shift coverage. * Prepare materials and information needed for daily operations. * Help maintain organized records and files. * Assist with routine administrative tasks and special projects. Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High school diploma or GED required. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. * Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. * Professional attitude and willingness to learn. * Basic computer proficiency. * Previous administrative or assistant experience is a plus but not required. * Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; training is provided.
