For more information visit key-works.org.The Behavioral Health Technician provides direct care and support to residents in Key Works Long-Term Substance Use Disorder Treatment program. Ensures safety, supports treatment compliance, and assists with daily living activities.Shifts: Grave Wednesday - Saturday 10:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m.Primary Responsibilities:Perform regular safety checks and facility rounds.Assist with housekeeping and ensure cleanliness.Maintain accurate documentation and communication logs.Complete all mandatory training, as scheduled and required to advance to Level 2.Ensure property and resident safety through making rounds of all resident rooms throughout all shifts.Read and understand Staff Handbook, and Resident Handbooks for both Long Term Recovery and Recovery House.Model appropriate behavior, communication and dress code according to Key Works policies.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.Basic knowledge of substance use disorders.CPR/First Aid certification, within 30 days of hiring.Valid WA driver's license and clean driving record.Ability to pass background check and drug screening.Familiarity with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.Work Environment:Residential treatment facility with 24/7 operations.May require evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.Exposure to individuals in various stages of recovery and withdrawal.Benefits: Join our team and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and career growth.
