We believe you have

• 1+ years of hands-on equipment maintenance experience, performing preventive maintenance, equipment installations, rebuild activities, and mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience working with food processing or packaging equipment is strongly preferred; however, candidates with relevant experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, automotive, or other technical service environments are also encouraged to apply.
• A high school, vocational school, or technical diploma focused on hands-on technical work
• Ability to travel extensively throughout the United States, with approximately 90% travel required, typically in two-week assignments at customer sites, including occasional weekend travel.
• Conversational English skills (written and verbal)
• A customer-focused, proactive, and safety-first mindset
• A continuous improvement attitude with a willingness to expand technical knowledge
• A valid driver's license is required for extensive travel to customer sites by car and air.
• You must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future. The company cannot offer employment to F-1 (student) visa holders who require employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full-time basis.
