Oldsmar, United States | Posted on 06/10/2026 The QualityControl Coordinator is responsible for execution of routineproduct-level quality control activities supporting Swedencare North America’sQuality Management System (QMS) for distributed and labeled animal health andpet supplement products. This rolesupports quality operations through inspection, documentation review, inventoryquality controls, and maintenance of inspection-ready records. The positionplays a critical role in ensuring incoming and outgoing products meetestablished specifications and quality requirements while supporting compliancewith FDA and NASC expectations. This is ahands-on, detail-oriented position focused on execution, accuracy,traceability, and timely escalation of quality issues. Status: Full-time, non-exempt Location: Oldsmar, FL (on-site) Salary: $24.00-$25.00/hour Key Responsibilities Incoming & Outgoing Quality Activities Perform incoming inspections of finished goods,packaging components, labels, and related materials. Verify received materials and products meetapproved specifications and documentation requirements. Support outgoing shipment verificationactivities as assigned. Documentation & COA Review Review Certificates of Analysis (COAs) forcompleteness and alignment with approved specifications. Maintain organized and inspection-ready qualityrecords, logs, and supporting documentation. File and maintain supplier qualitydocumentation, retain records, and inspection records. Support inventory status control activitiesincluding quarantine, hold, and release processes under QA direction. Manage retain sample logging, organization, andretention activities. Assist with product returns processing anddocumentation. Escalation & Quality Support Identify and escalation quality discrepancies, damaged product, labeling issues, specification deviations, or documentationconcerns to QA. Support investigations by collecting records,photos, samples, and related information. Assist with audit preparation and general QMSsupport activities as assigned. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 1–3 years of experience in Quality Control,warehouse quality, manufacturing support, inspection, or related operationalenvironment preferred. Experience working in regulated industriespreferred, including food, pet products, dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals, medical devices or consumer packaged goods. Required Skills Strong attention to detail and organizationalskills. Ability to follow written procedures and workinstructions. Basic understanding of inspection anddocumentation practices. Comfortable working with spreadsheets,electronic records, and document systems. Ability to communicate issues clearly andprofessionally. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritizeeffectively. Preferred Qualifications Experience reviewing Certificates of Analysis(COAs). Experience with inventory control or warehousequality processes. Familiarity with GMP, FDA-regulatedenvironments, or quality systems. Experience supporting audits or inspections. Warehouse experience is a plus. Combination of office, warehouse, andoperational environments. May require lifting, inspection of palletizedmaterials, and periodic warehouse activities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulatedenvironment with changing priorities. This position is 100% on site, 5 days a week, in Oldsmar, Florida area.
