Operations Manager

As the Operations Manager at KEY TITLE GROUP OF SAN ANTONIO, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team and help drive our business forward. Job Overview As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing all operational aspects of our business, including overseeing staff, optimizing processes, and ensuring efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with senior management to develop strategies and implement initiatives to achieve our company goals. Responsibilities Escrow Management and Compliance Escrow Software setup and admin Commission/Revenue reports and closer reports through Escrow Software Daily accounting exceptions; monitoring uncleared deposits, ledgers with balances, uncleared checks Operational: quarterly guaranty fee remittance, Escrow licenses up to date, wind-down plan, wire fraud policies, etc. Texas Department of Insurance: 3-way reconciliation reports monthly, Quarterly T-S5 reporting; Annual T-S1 reporting Underwriter: monthly remittances and preparing audits TDI licensing for company and Escrow Officers Notary license renewals Insurance renewals: E&O, Cyber Policy, Bonds, etc. Accounting Daily positive pay downloading from Qualia and uploading to the bank Vendor relations with banking, underwriters, internet service providers, phone providers, copy machines, postage, subscription services, insurance providers (operational and benefits), etc. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures Manage and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency Oversee staff and provide leadership and guidance Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions Ensure compliance with regulations and company standards Requirements 3 – 5 years escrow experience Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Knowledge of industry regulations and standards Salary Range: $60,000 to $80,000 per year Join us at KEY TITLE GROUP OF SAN ANTONIO and be a part of our dedicated team driving success and growth! #J-18808-Ljbffr Key Title Group of San Antonio
