Agile Release Train Engineer (RTE) - Saint Louis

Salary: $118,150 - 200,100 per year Requirements:

• We require the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance, which means U.S. citizenship is required, with a final Secret clearance needed before start.
• We require the ability to obtain access to Special Access Programs (SAP).
• We require a bachelors degree or equivalent.
• We require 2+ years of experience with the Scaled Agile Framework or other Agile methodologies.
• We require 2+ years of experience with Agile delivery and metrics.
• We require 1+ year of experience in a leadership role.
• We require 9 or more years of related work experience, or an equivalent mix of education and experience, for Level 4 consideration.
• We require the ability to meet U.S. export control compliance requirements as a U.S. Person.

• We require successful completion of a technical assessment during the selection process.
• We require the ability to satisfy our Conflict of Interest assessment process.

• We coach leaders and teams in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.
• We drive continuous improvement and assess organizational agility to help the team advance.
• We support the creation of vision, objectives, and program backlogs.
• We ensure backlogs are managed to defined standards.
• We track the execution of features and capabilities.
• We facilitate roadmap development.
• We support dependency mapping within and across teams.
• We prepare for and lead quarterly planning, then help execute the plan.
• We promote cross-functional collaboration across the organization.
• We partner with Product Management, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders to align strategy with execution.
• We help manage risks and dependencies.
• We escalate and monitor impediments.
• We ensure standards are established and followed.
• We monitor and improve metrics that measure and enhance the flow of value.
• We facilitate workshops as needed and help sustain Agile execution on the program.
• We oversee and optimize value delivery using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
