About the Role

As an In-Home Full Cycle Sales Representative , you will guide homeowners through the entire sales experience—from the initial consultation to the final agreement. You'll meet with customers in their homes, understand their unique needs, present customized solutions, and help them make confident decisions about their home improvement projects.

This role is ideal for a skilled sales professional who enjoys autonomy, building strong customer relationships, and managing the full sales process from start to finish.

What You'll Do

• Conduct In-Home Consultations: Meet with homeowners to understand their goals, provide expert guidance, and recommend solutions that fit their needs.

• Deliver Consultative Presentations: Listen actively, identify customer needs, and present personalized building and construction solutions.

• Showcase Product Value: Demonstrate product features, explain benefits, and confidently answer customer questions.

• Manage the Full Sales Cycle: Handle every stage of the sales process, including lead qualification, presentations, negotiations, and closing.

• Build Customer Relationships: Establish trust and credibility through professional, respectful, and personalized interactions.

• Overcome Objections: Address concerns confidently while helping customers move forward with the right solution.

• Maintain Sales Activity: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and sales progress.

• Collaborate with Teams: Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to project completion and customer satisfaction.

Compensation

This is a commission-only sales opportunity with significant earning potential. Successful representatives can earn between $80,000 and $180,000 annually , based on performance.
