"Establishing uniform systems to account for and document student participation, attendance, achievement, and progress are required" 6. Administrative Support Services.Administrative Assistance: Answer phones, greet visitors, manage correspondence, and route communications between departments, staff, and students.Document Tracking: Assist in organizing confidential files, pulling and archiving records, and preparing routine program logs or reports.Coordination Support: Help schedule appointments, meetings, or intake interviews, and assist staff with day-to-day office organization and supplies tracking.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent is required.Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), excellent organizational abilities, and sharp attention to detail.Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills with a strong commitment to student and customer service.Experience: Previous general office, clerical, or administrative support experience is typically preferred.
