Administrative Assistant (1-3 Years Experience)
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support for multiple professionals, including managers, managing directors, and partners. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in administrative and office support roles and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, copying, and placing meal orders.
- Field telephone calls and direct visitors appropriately.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Utilize various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation tools.
- Read, analyze, and proof documents, emails, and presentations for accuracy.
- Organize daily workloads by prioritizing tasks efficiently.
- Ensure deadlines are met in a rapidly changing environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Ability to learn tasks quickly and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proactive problem-solving approach with solid decision-making abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills at a professional level.
- Capability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
