Job Description The Content Promotion Strategy Manager supports the development and execution of content promotion strategies across Caesars iGaming brands, with a focus on driving player engagement, retention, and profitable growth. This role manages the day-to-day promotional workflow, coordinates campaign communications and execution, and partners across internal teams to bring promotions from strategy through launch while maintaining operational accuracy and regulatory compliance. The Content Promotion Strategy Manager supports the development and execution of content promotion strategies across Caesars iGaming brands, with a focus on driving player engagement, retention, and profitable growth. This role manages the day-to-day promotional workflow, coordinates campaign communications and execution, and partners across internal teams to bring promotions from strategy through launch while maintaining operational accuracy and regulatory compliance. Key Relationships: External Vendors, Property Marketing and Operations Teams, iGaming Product Team, iGaming Marketing Team, iGaming CRM Team . Responsibilities Assist the Sr. Director of Content Promotion Strategy in leading the design & implementation of the content promotion strategy across all of Caesars iGaming brands. Forecast promotional cost, redemption, and player-value impact of all content promotions. Partner across key stakeholder teams such as CRM, Promotion Execution, Publishing, Studio, VIP, and property operations. Evaluate and report on offer ROI, NGR impact, customer engagement, and retention metrics and make optimization recommendations. Effectively lead a team of one or more specialists to support in the promotions workflow process. Act as key promotions point of contact for game suppliers. Develop strategies to profitably cross-sell players between game categories. Ensure all promotions and communications meet advertising, regulatory and legal standards. Work closely with Creative Studio to deliver exciting on brand content (both visual and copy) for promotions. Partner with Caesars property and loyalty marketing teams leverage property assets for player promotions. Conduct regular and comprehensive competitive analysis reporting and recommendations for content promotions campaigns. Manage the promotional communications tracker and translate plans into assignments, timelines, creative requests, and Wrike tickets for the team. Oversee the communications review and approval process, deployment schedules, targeting criteria, and applicable markets prior to launch. Manage the development, review, and promotional Terms & Conditions, confirming materials are prepared and properly documented. Build and maintain KQC's for promotional campaigns, ensuring the Publishing team has accurate information to execute. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in iGaming or online sports. Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Understanding of iGaming platforms, player behavior, and regulatory environments. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. Fast paced environment, multiple tasks to be handled under time constraint. Must be able to handle a heavy business volume, and sensitive situations relating to team member and player problems, in a timely manner. Ability to simultaneously manage several projects and remain adaptable to changing priorities and unforeseen obstacles. to achieving objectives. Respond to visual and aural cues. Must be able to work independently. Preferred Experience Experience in regulated U.S. & Canadian markets. Familiarity with loyalty program design, gamification mechanics, and experiential marketing. The salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $75,000.00USD, which is dependent on a several factors including relevant experience, geography, business needs and market demand.
