Responsibilities Insurance sales Marketing and soliciting insurance opportunities to help drive business Appointment setting, cold calling, and digital presence capabilities. Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
