Payroll/Accounting Specialist
$23 - $25 per hourCentury Group
Our client, in Pasadena, has an immediate need for a Payroll Accounting Clerk. Role is onsite. Only local applicants will be considered. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $23 to $25 per hour.
Job Duties:- Prepare, process, and review timesheets for employees companywide
- Obtain appropriate approvals for timely processing of payroll
- Correct payroll timesheet errors and resolve discrepancies
- Process employee benefits and deductions
- Provide back up support to the Accounting Team with accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and expense reporting
- 2+ years of payroll processing and operational accounting experience
- Proficiency with ADP payroll products
- Intermediate MS Excel (pivot tables, v-look ups)
