This contract-to-hire position is ideal for a skilled Occupational Therapist familiar with school-based settings and looking to support children as they reach their highest potential. You’ll work approximately 20 hours per week and collaborate closely with dedicated educators and support staff. The position is located near West Chester, PA, and interviews are being scheduled now.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current educator certification required
• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with experience in school settings
• Practical background working in pediatric, K-8, or charter school environments
• Expertise in creating and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Organized, flexible, and committed to inclusion

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and deliver therapy services for K-8 students
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and support IEP goals
• Provide direct and consultative OT services tailored to diverse student needs
• Maintain thorough records of student progress and intervention outcomes
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and parent conferences
• Educate staff and families on activities that support motor development and function
