Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current SLP-CCC certification required
• Valid educator certification for school-based practice
• Previous experience in a public or charter school is preferred
• Knowledge of best practices for elementary and middle school speech therapy interventions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy services to K-8 students, both individually and in groups
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify student needs
• Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to each student’s strengths and challenges
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support academic and social development
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary educational planning
