As an authority in the Air Power market, you'll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client's mission. You'll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more. The world can't wait.You Have:15+ years of experience in program execution5+ years of experience specializing in Department of Air Force (DAF) and Department of War (DoW) programs with contracts exceeding $50M and Firm Fixed Price (FFP) agreementsExperience allocating resources efficiently across projects and teamsExperience monitoring program progress, identifying risks, and ensuring projects meet quality, budget, and timeline goalsExperience ensuring individual projects complement each other and contribute to the overall program successAbility to develop a comprehensive program roadmap aligned with organizational objectivesTS/SCI clearanceBachelor's degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, or Business AdministrationProject Management Professional (PMP) CertificationNice If You Have:Experience with HQ USAF, Joint Staff, STRATCOM, or AFGSCKnowledge of innovative approaches to ensure program success, efficiency, and mission-aligned resultsPossession of excellent written and verbal communication skillsMaster's degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, or Business AdministrationICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) CertificationClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.Compensation:At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.Work Model:Remote: If this position is listed as remote, there may still be occasions when you are required to work in person at a Booz Allen or customer facility.Hybrid: If this position is listed as hybrid, you will be expected to work from a Booz Allen facility frequently, in alignment with leadership expectations and the needs of the role.
