Summer 2026 Communications & Engagement Student Worker

AMDA College of the Performing Arts is seeking motivated, creative, and professional students to join the Communications & Engagement team for the Summer 2026 semester. Student Workers play an important role in supporting AMDA’s outreach efforts while serving as authentic ambassadors of the AMDA experience. Position Overview The Communications & Engagement position offers hands‑on professional experience in digital engagement, community building, and content creation, while contributing meaningfully to how prospective students connect with our campuses. We are looking for students who are dependable, proactive, and excited to represent AMDA both inside and outside the classroom. This role reports to the Video Production Manager and requires communication skills, professionalism in digital environments, creativity, and the ability to balance academic responsibilities with part‑time employment. Key Responsibilities Share the AMDA experience through creative digital content, including (but not limited to): “Day-in-the-life” posts Rehearsals and performances Behind‑the‑scenes moments Student life highlights Create a minimum of 2 social media videos per week. Represent AMDA in a welcoming, professional, and authentic manner Complete other duties as assigned Qualifications Currently enrolled AMDA student for the Summer 2026 semester Minimum 3.0 GPA Strong written communication skills Professional and responsive in digital spaces Creative, reliable, and able to manage deadlines Desire to connect with and support prospective students What You’ll Gain Hands‑on experience in digital engagement and content creation Development of leadership and communication skills Professional portfolio‑building opportunities Expanded campus network Resume‑building experience in communications and outreach Employment Details Must be enrolled for the Summer 2026 semester (employment in this department is open to 2nd–8th semester students).
