We’re seeking a BCBA to support a dedicated healthcare organization. This opportunity is based on-site at a community-focused company. The role involves providing ethical ABA services to children with autism and engaging with a passionate team. BCBA Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with autism.
- Collaborate with families and team members to ensure program adherence.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff and new graduates.
- Conduct assessments and analyze progress to adjust interventions accordingly.
- Participate in community events and company initiatives supporting autism awareness.
BCBA Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
- BCBA certification or current certification in progress.
- Prior experience in delivering ABA therapy is preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to ethical and high-quality service delivery.
