Position Overview

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing ABA team serving children and families throughout the Baltimore, MD area.

This position offers an attractive $100,000–$120,000 annual salary , an 80% remote / 20% in-person hybrid model , paid administrative time, and a flexible schedule designed to give BCBAs greater control over their workday.

You'll have the opportunity to provide high-quality clinical services while working collaboratively with families, RBTs, caregivers, and school teams — without the traditional demands of a fully in-person BCBA position.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 annually

For full-time BCBAs working 30+ billable hours per week:

• 6 Paid Holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and reassessments
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision to RBTs and Behavior Technicians
• Provide primarily remote supervision and clinical programming
• Conduct limited in-person visits in home and school settings
• Review clinical data and make appropriate programming adjustments
• Monitor client progress and treatment outcomes
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, educators, and other members of the care team
• Provide caregiver guidance and support
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB standards and ethical guidelines

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
• Comfortable providing both telehealth and in-person services
• Reliable transportation for required local visits
• Strong commitment to ethical, evidence-based ABA practices

Schedule & Flexibility

• Monday–Friday
• Flexible start and end times
• Optional weekend availability
• Full-time and part-time scheduling options may be available
• Ability to build a caseload around your preferred schedule
• Majority of work performed remotely

Work Setting

Hybrid – 80% Remote / 20% In-Person

The majority of clinical programming, supervision, documentation, and collaboration can be completed remotely, with limited in-person services provided in Charlotte-area homes and schools .
