Key Responsibilities Conduct initial assessments and reassessments Create individualized treatment plans Provide supervision and support to RBTs Conduct Parent Training sessions Develop and monitor data collection for all treatment goals Coordinate care with other professionals Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in ABA and related fields.
