Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in global roll-out plans and integrating with business ERP systems.
• Must have extensive knowledge and experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SAP
• Flexible to working different time zones as required. This is a global role, supporting US West and East coast, EMEA and APAC across Japan, China and India.
• Qualified Accountant or Qualified by Experience
• Retail or FMCG background preferred
• Experience of working in a global matrix environment

System maintenance and support

• Be the right-hand person for Senior Manager, Compliance, and become the Finance SME for all new Microsoft Dynamics 365 retail tech initiatives
• Become the primary contact for global Microsoft Dynamics 365 UAT and stress tests, covering US, EMEA and APAC time zones, keeping Senior Manager, Compliance up to date on all progress and flag any risks before their sign-off.
• Business partner Technology & Ops teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operation of retail LOB systems and their daily interfaces to SAP for R2R. This involves troubleshooting issues, providing training and support to finance & non finance colleagues.

Compliance and controls

• Support Senior Manager, Compliance, in liaison for internal and external audits, including planning, audit evidence supports and risk mitigation.
• Develop strong working relations with the Poland Corporate Finance team to optimize efficiency
• Provide cover for Senior Manager, Compliance for any external audit queries, finance system compliance matter or ad-hoc tasks

Process improvement

• Analyse existing finance processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and controls through technology. This often involves automating manual tasks and streamlining workflows.
• Support remediation initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

Data integrity and reporting

• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of all data interfaces between retail Lob systems and SAP.

Optimisation & Refinement

• Identify opportunities and champion automation, advanced analytics, and process optimization to improve efficiency and provide deeper financial insights.
