Position Overview
Beverly Hills Plaza Hotel & Spa is looking for a polished and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to be the face of our guest experience.
This role is ideal for someone with hotel experience OR strong transferable front-facing experience (upscale restaurant host/hostess, concierge-style service, etc.) who knows how to create a welcoming, high-end experience.
What You’ll Do
- Greet guests warmly and create a strong first impression
- Manage check-in/check-out efficiently and accurately
- Handle guest requests, questions, and concerns with professionalism
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Assist with reservations and booking updates
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure smooth guest stays
- Provide recommendations for hotel amenities and local attractions
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in hotel front desk OR high-end customer-facing roles (host/hostess, concierge, guest services, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, polished demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable handling guest concerns and resolving issues
- Bilingual is a plus
Schedule
- Full-time
- Must be available for weekends and holidays as needed
