Experience Requirements Previous manufacturing, production, molding, machine operator, or assembly experience preferred. 1-3 months of related manufacturing experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects. Dependable attendance and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand and walk throughout the entire shift. Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 25-40 lbs. Ability to perform repetitive tasks, including reaching, handling, inspecting, and packaging products. Capable of working in a manufacturing environment while maintaining productivity and quality expectations. Job Duties Operate automatic molding equipment to support production schedules and quality requirements. Inspect molded products for defects, including contaminated, bent, smashed, exposed, or missing terminals. Examine parts for burrs, short shots, foreign material, and other quality concerns. Remove and document defective products according to established procedures. Complete required production and quality paperwork accurately. Pack, label, and prepare finished products for shipment or the next stage of production. Monitor equipment performance and report operational issues to supervisors.
