Physical Therapist | Skilled Nursing Facility | Seattle, Washington, United States
This travel, temporary assignment begins on 09/28/2026 for 13 weeks. You will earn a weekly pay of $2,650 to $2,808 with guaranteed hours of 38 per week. The shift is 5 days per week, with an 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. schedule (8.5 hours per day). The setting is a skilled nursing facility, where you will provide therapy services to residents on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities
- Conduct PT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for residents in a SNF setting.
- Deliver therapy services focused on mobility, gait, balance, strength, ADLs, and pain management; monitor and adjust as needed.
- Document assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge planning in compliance with regulatory and facility requirements.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, participate in rounds, and educate residents and families on therapy goals and home exercise programs.
- Ensure patient safety, infection control, and adherence to facility policies during all therapy activities.

Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license or eligibility to practice in the United States; licensure requirements will align with state regulations.
- Ability to work in a skilled nursing facility environment and participate in a 38-hour guaranteed weekly schedule.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to support interdisciplinary care.
- Capacity to manage and document therapy interventions accurately and meet regulatory standards.
- Willingness to participate in a 13-week travel assignment in Seattle, WA.
