As a Solution Architect (H/F) at Aras, you will advise our clients on the implementation of Aras Innovator for business process implementation, either in a specific scope in collaboration with a team, or for the entire solution.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead an implementation team in all aspects of solution implementation, from the definition phase to its deployment
• Facilitate workshops, develop solutions, create consensus among all stakeholders to ensure a rapid and successful delivery of technology aligned with business value
• Design a solution architecture using a combination of native Aras Innovator features and custom developments to produce a client solution that meets their needs
• Lead and support client requirements gathering, writing of User Stories, and functional specifications
• Perform needs analysis, develop technical solutions, and contribute to the development of service offerings
• Lead or participate in the demonstration of prototypes to key prospects
• Contribute to the improvement of team methodologies and tools
• Provide coaching and mentorship to other team members as needed
• Supervise and manage technical teams (on-site or remote) and review team work results to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Facilitate and contribute to continuous improvement of the internal organization

Your skills:

• Interact professionally and communicate effectively with clients and project team members, with proficiency in French and English.
• A solid understanding of our clients’ business issues and the ability to advise and guide them towards the best solutions
• Curiosity and openness to new technologies, particularly artificial intelligence, which are part of our daily life and are progressively integrated into our solutions
• A demonstrated ability to work with a minimum of supervision, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities
• A good understanding of enterprise application implementation methodologies and experience working in an Agile/Scrum team environment
• An ability to write clear and understandable requirements, specifications documents, and User Stories, as well as contribute to the construction of technical service offerings.
• Excellent relationship, communication, and technical presentation skills. Must be an effective communicator in challenging client situations
• An aptitude for adapting to a remote, international collaboration mode, working autonomously while cultivating a strong spirit of team and solidarity
• Desired experience with data migration techniques from third-party systems

Your experience:

• Significant initial experience in PLM implementation (ideally 3 years or more)
• Experience participating in enterprise PLM software implementations, with a desire to evolve into an Architect role
• Demonstrated experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.
